Missing a language?

If you would like to translate the original language of the questionnaire (Canadian English) into a language that is not yet available, please also indicate this when providing the study details in your registration form. This requires a license agreement that provides the rights for translation.

Conditions of Use:

An approved registration and account is required to access the materials for all available languages.

A license agreement must be signed and submitted by all users (academic and industry-funded users) requesting access to the HJHS 2.1. The type of license required is determined by the requestor responses provided in the mandatory registration form. Please note that a license fee is required for industry-funded and industry-initiated requests.
